Thiess gets extension at Mongolian mineBy:Creamer Media Senior Deputy Editor: Australasia CONTRACT MINING Contract miner Thiess has been awarded a four-year extension of its mining contract at the Ukhaa Khudag coal mine, in Mongolia.
The contract, awarded by project owner Energy Resources, was expected to deliver up to A$1-billion in revenue over the next seven years.
