 Abstract: Unionised workers at Suncor’s Wood Buffalo operations, in northern Alberta, won an important victory last week regarding random drug testing by their employer, Suncor Energy. The Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta issued an injunction on Suncor on Thursday, prohibiting the employer from randomly testing union members for drugs or alcohol.
