 Abstract: Multinational boiler manufacturer Nexson Group says its acquisition of German quality-plate heat exchanger manufacturer Thermowave GmBH as a stand-alone entity will strengthen and complement its portfolio, particularly Thermowave’s gasketed and semi-welded plate heat exchangers, which the group notes as key process components with technological superiority and innovation. Thermowave was a part of leading Germany-based refrigeration components provider, Gunter Group.
