Western Cape reiterates need to save water as dam levels reach 31%

The average water level for dams across the Western Cape has reached 31% following recent rainfall, compared with a level of 58% at the same time last year. Western Cape Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning Minister Anton Bredell has cautioned the public about the continuing impact of the ongoing drought and the need to continue to reduce water use.
