URANIUM
Uranium developer Toro Energy has received environmental approval for the extension of its Wiluna project, in Western Australia.
The ASX-listed company said this week that Western Australian Environment and Heritage Minister Albert Jacob had approved the revised proposal for the Wiluna project, which would see Toro construct and operate a uranium mine consisting of four deposits, and mining about two-million pounds a year of uranium oxide over 16 years.
