Volvo Trucks, UD Trucks open R130m facility in Zambia

Volvo Group Southern Africa, in partnership with Titanium Motors, has opened a new dealer facility in the Zambian capital, Lusaka, in a R130-million investment. The dealership will provide services to Volvo Trucks and UD Trucks customers operating in the region.  “Zambia is a key African market for Volvo Group. Apart from its very central location in Southern Africa, it also has exciting potential as a developing market with a growing economy and emerging infrastructure,” says Volvo Group Southern Africa president Torbjörn Christensson. “We are proud to partner with Titanium Motors in Zambia, and we are looking forward to effectively support our local customers, and to grow our overall market share in the region.”
