Thermal imaging technology has become one of the most valuable diagnostic tools for industrial applications as it detects irregularities that are normally invisible to the naked eye. As such thermal imaging allows for corrective action to be taken before costly system failures or fires can occur, says electrical, automation and industrial equipment specialist Magnet training and site inspection manager Johan Roets.
