Teranga raises A$65m to advance BanforaBy:Creamer Media Senior Deputy Editor: Australasia CAPITAL RAISE Dual-listed Teranga Gold has announced plans to raise A$65-million through an equity raising to develop the recently acquired Banfora gold project, in Burkina Faso.
Teranga said on Wednesday that the company had entered into agreements to offer 62-million shares, at a price of A$1.05 each, for gross proceeds of A$65-million.
