PORT INFRASTRUCTURE
South Africa’s Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) is seeking a supplier for the development of common-user port infrastructure required to support a liquified natural gas (LNG) terminal, proposed for the Port of Richards Bay, in KwaZulu-Natal. Besides marine structures such as berths, bollards, fenders, pipe racks and bund walls, the project scope includes the development of a gas transmission pipeline for handling LNG imports, as well as bulk services infrastructure.
