Science and Technology Minister Naledi Pandor reported recently that the South African National Space Agency (Sansa) has made significant progress in developing the country's next Earth observation (EO) satellite. She was giving the keynote address at the opening of the 37th International Symposium on Remote Sensing of the Environment, at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research in Pretoria.
