Sanral should stop wasting taxpayers' money and concede that they have followed an unlawful process in trying to toll the N1 and N2 freeways in Cape Town, the city's mayor said on Thursday. "The City of Cape Town has won every round in court since we launched our review application on 28 March 2012 to set aside approvals that enable the South African National Roads Agency to toll sections of the N1 and N2 freeways in Cape Town," Patricia De Lille said after a Supreme Court of Appeal ruling.
