JSE-listed real estate investment trust (Reit) Vukile is actively evaluating opportunities in Spain to diversify its earnings stream and enhance its high-quality portfolio. During the company’s results presentation in Johannesburg last month, CEO Laurence Rapp noted that Vukile had a R1.5-billion “war chest” of available resources earmarked to create a springboard for its increased international growth.
