Water utility Rand Water will invest more than R17-billion in infrastructure development during its five-year infrastructure development plan, which ends in 2020. Rand Water Zuikerbosch water treatment plant executive manager Eddie Singo told the media during a site visit that the infrastructure plan aimed to meet increased demand, which had been growing at a yearly rate of between 4.6% to 4.8%.
