Former Eskom CEO Brian Molefe’s court action to repay his R30.1-million pension, has been set down to be heard in Pretoria’s North Gauteng High Court for three days, starting on Wednesday. Molefe was taken to court by Solidarity, the Democratic Alliance and the Economic Freedom Fighters, which wanted his R30.1-million pension payout in 2017 ruled unlawful and set aside.
