Leagold closes C$175m financing as part of Los Filos acquisition from GoldcorpBy:Creamer Media Deputy Editor: North America GOLD FINANCING Aspirant midtier gold miner Leagold Mining has raised C$175-million as part of its acquisition of the Los Filos gold mine, in Mexico, from Goldcorp. The company offered 63.64-million subscription receipts at an issue price of C$2.75 each, with the funds being held in escrow pending completion of the acquisition.
