Kidman sells Gunga West to Metals XBy:Creamer Media Senior Deputy Editor: Australasia GOLD Junior Kidman Resources has inked a binding heads of agreement with fellow-listed Metals X, to divest of its Gunga West gold project, in Western Australia, for A$2.5-million.
The transaction would comprise a A$1.5-million cash payment, and further payments of A$500 000 each upon Gunga West producing 10 000 oz and 30 000 oz of gold.
