Allan Kelly has resigned as MD of gold miner Doray Minerals, citing personal reasons. Kelly, who founded Doray in mid-2009 and managed the company through its initial public offering and listing on the ASX, also oversaw the construction of the Andy Well gold project, in Western Australia, and more recently the successful takeover of Mutiny Gold.
