APPOINTMENTS
JSE-listed Impala Platinum (Implats) has appointed former Cabinet Minister Dr Sydney Mufamadi, former Harmony Gold CEO Bernard Swanepoel and former African Development Bank COO Dr Nkosana Moyo as independent nonexecutive directors, with immediate effect. Mufamadi is a director of the School of Leadership at the University of Johannesburg and serves on the subsidiary boards of Barclays Bank Africa in Mozambique and Tanzania.
