Building designers looking to optimise fan and pump performance in HVAC applications can now take advantage of the new LTP-B Eco drive from SEW-EURODRIVE. While SEW-EURODRIVE does have general-purpose units for fans, pumps, and even conveyors, it saw a market gap for a unit specifically for the HVAC industry, National Sales Manager Norman Maleka comments. “Building designers are always the first adopters of new technology such as this. We are quite active in the HVAC sector in Cape Town, for example, and realised that we had to rise to the challenge of meeting the needs of this specific sector.”
