Godolphin takes 100% control of Narraburra rare earths project

ASX-listed Godolphin Resources has agreed to acquire the remaining 49% interest in the flagship Narraburra rare earths elements (REE) project in New South Wales, Australia, in which it already holds a 51% stake, from joint venture (JV) partner EX9. Godolphin will gain full control of the asset as it accelerates plans to move from exploration to mine development at Narraburra, a highly prospective REE project located 12 km northeast of Temora, in New South Wales.
