Encouraging, constructive response to destructive charter

The response from the National Union of Mineworkers and the ruling African National Congress on the value-destructive Mining Charter Three with regard to its impact on South Africa’s deflated mining industry and economy has been described by mining companies as very encouraging and constructive.
