Employee diversity fosters innovation, creativity

Global engineering consultancy Aurecon geotechnical engineer Dr Gabrielle Wojtowitz advocates for cross-gender, -cultural and -border teams in the workplace, as this stimulates diverse thinking and creativity. Within her role at Aurecon, Wojtowitz works within the built environment space as well as infrastructure for mining. She is the recipient of both the Consulting Engineers South Africa-Aon Young Engineer of the Year and South African Institution of Civil Engineers Young Engineer of the Year awards for 2016.
