DPO acquires VCS South Africa

Payment services provider Direct Pay Online (DPO) Group has acquired Virtual Card Services (VCS) South Africa. This marks the completion of DPO’s purchase of the VCS group, following the earlier acquisition of VCS Namibia and VCS Botswana. It also bolsters DPO’s position in Southern Africa post its previous acquisitions of PayThru and PayGate.
