De Beers Consolidated Mines (DBCM) will spend R30-million on greenfield diamond exploration in South Africa this year, DBCM MD Phillip Barton told Mining Weekly Online on the sidelines of the Investing in African Mining Indaba. This follows DBCM being granted 32 exploration licences across a number of South African provinces.
