Datatec’s Logicalis to buy UK’s Trovus

Dual-listed Datatec subsidiary Logicalis has boosted its business intelligence capabilities with the acquisition of UK-based business intelligence consultancy Trovus. The absorption of Trovus, which provided business insight solutions, professional services and managed services to large enterprise clients, would strengthen Logicalis’ business analytics and information management offering, while unlocking opportunities in the information insights and big data markets.
