Despite recent rain, the City of Cape Town is increasing its efforts to secure new sources of temporary water supplies in the midst of the worst drought in 100 years, mayor Patricia de Lille said on Sunday. At the May council meeting, the council resolved to take a new water resilience approach to water management in the city.
