Multinational energy corporation Chevron has signed a three-year master products and service agreement with engineering and construction group SNC-Lavalin for the 2017 turnaround work at Chevron’s oil refinery, in Cape Town. The scope of work included in the service agreement covers routine maintenance services, turnaround and regeneration work, as well as both capital and field projects. SNC-Lavalin’s Kentz Field Operations team is currently preparing for Chevron’s February 2017 shutdown, which is the first scope of work defined within the agreement.
