STATE-OWNED COMPANIES
Denel Aerostructures deputy CEO Victor Xaba has been seconded to serve as acting CEO of South African Express (SA Express), effective April 10. This follows after extensive consultations between the boards of Denel and SA Express, as well as the Department of Public Enterprises, and has the support of Public Enterprises Minister Lynne Brown.
