SA car buyers had widest choice-to-market-size ratio globally in 2016

South African car buyers had access to 55 passenger car brands in 2016, with 3 458 model derivatives to choose from, says National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of South Africa (Naamsa) executive manager Dr Norman Lamprecht. “This afforded car buyers the widest choice to market-size ratio anywhere in the world.”
