Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) will sell the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) businesses formerly owned by SABMiller to Japan’s Asahi group for for €7.3-billion. The CEE businesses include those in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania and include beer brands such as Pilsner Urquell, Tyskie, Lecher and Dreier.
