AR Controls acquires leading valve manufacturer

Valve and actuator technology manufacturer and supplier AR Controls of Vanderbijlpark has announced that it has acquired IncoValve and Controls. The latter will be established as a leading producer for a range of industries. IncoValve and Controls has worked closely with AR Controls to combine the latest design and manufacturing technologies with decades of field experience, comments AR Controls Director Julien van Niekerk.
