Much Asphalt concludes SprayPave acquisition

Much Asphalt has completed the acquisition of SprayPave, following Competition Commission approval for the transaction, says Much Asphalt MD Bennie Greyling. Much Asphalt is South Africa’s largest manufacturer of asphalt products. The company’s acquisition of SprayPave from construction group Basil Read widens its scope to include 35 years of experience in the manufacture, supply and application of bituminous road binders, emulsions, primes, pre-coats and modified binders, says Greyling.
