EXPLOSIVES THEFT
Great Panther Silver has restarted full operations at its Guanajuato mine complex, in Mexico, after the regulatory authority responsible for permitting and regulating the use of explosives concluded its investigation into explosives theft that took place at one of the operation’s mines in January.
The TSX- and NYSE MKT-listed miner advised that it was trying to make up for the temporary disruption to production and said that while the incident might have a “minor effect” on the first quarter's results, the company's full-year 2016 production guidance remained at between 4-million to 4.2-million silver equivalent ounces.
