Tin exploration and development company Alphamin Resources’ current focus is on preparing its 80.75%-owned Bisie tin project, in North Kivu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), for construction. According to a presentation by Alphamin CEO Boris Kamstra at the 2017 Investing in African Mining Indaba, in February, a completed access road is being upgraded to accommodate large loads, while a return airway drive, new camps and accommodation are under construction.
