Viewing search results and related content

How to navigate through your search results and to access content that might compliment your research

After conducting a search, a search result page will present the most recent content from the chosen
sections of the Research Channel Africa. The search term or phrase is highlighted in yellow.

The first 10 results will appear on the first page and the user can paginate to view more results by clicking
On the pagination buttons at the bottom of the results page. Search results are listed in reverse
chronological order i.e. with the most recent first.

The user will be able to view related content associated with each of the items in the search results by clicking on the arrows on the right-hand side of each item. The related content will be grouped according to the content types, which includes:

  • Articles
  • Reports
  • Projects
  • News
  • Profiles

Expand the content type of interest by clicking on the ‘+’ button. Close the content by clicking on the ‘-‘ button.

To close the related content window, click on the arrows.

Content type indicators
