Romania and Zimbabwe-focused miner Vast Resources was trading in positive territory on the LSE’s Alternative Investment Market Tuesday, after announcing the appointment of former Harmony Gold chief executive Graham Briggs as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Briggs (62), a geologist by training, had been with Harmony for 20 years, eight of which as CEO. He would bring to Vast’s board extensive operational experience, as the company developed its mining properties.
