PPC Zimbabwe’s Harare mill officially opened

PPC Zimbabwe officially opened its $82-million Harare cement milling and dispatch facility this month, bringing its collective production capacity to 1.4-million tons a year. The project, forming part of PPC’s African expansion strategy, was completed on time and under budget, and boasted a cement ball mill with dynamic separator; a single-line packer, palletiser, stretch hood and storage warehouse; road and rail offloading facilities; and a bulk bag loading facility, besides others.
