Lynas’ Malaysia plant wins another court battle

Rare earths producer Lynas has faced down another bid to halt the progress of its advanced materials plant (Lamp) in Malaysia. The miner this week reported that the Malaysian Federal Court had dismissed, with costs, an appeal by the Save Malaysia Stop Lynas group, which had sought a judicial review against the grant of a temporary operating licence (TOL) for the Lamp.
