NEW APPOINTMENTS
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) on Monday announced the appointment of Dr Keabetswe Modimoeng as acting chairperson, effective immediately. Modimoeng, appointed following a special council meeting, will remain in the acting position until a permanent successor to former chairperson Rubben Mohlaloga is appointed.
