Development financier Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) executive Noludwe Ncokazi on Friday said the organisation had the “huge responsibility of ensuring business continuity”, following the resignation of ECDC subsidiary Automotive Industry Development Centre (AIDC) MD Lance Schultz. Schultz would step down at the end of July and, as such, Ncokazi, who was also AIDC chairperson, noted that a rigorous recruitment drive for his replacement lay ahead.
