Energy company APR Energy has signed a 12-month contract with the Ministry of Energy, Water and Mines in Benin to provide 50 MW of power generation using its fuel-flexible aeroderivative gas turbines. The turbines will be fuelled by natural gas, but have the ability to be seamlessly switched to diesel.
