GOLD
A scoping study into ASX-listed Aphrodite Gold’s Western Australian project has estimated that an oxide/supergene/transition ore operation could deliver some 54 000 oz of gold over a mine life of 18 months.
The openpit operation was based on a mining inventory of 1.1-million tonnes, grading 1.6 g/t gold, and considered the establishment of a stand-alone onsite conventional carbon in leach processing plant with a one-million tonne a year capacity.
